Kabul St Alterations
On face value, the brief for this alteration was deceptively simple: develop a new kitchen, move a couple of walls and introduce more windows – the end result is a far more dramatic celebration of sun and views.
Careful placement of new skylights, a transformed layout to connect to the harbour views and a new double-glazed connection to the deck have produced a light-filled, cosy family room with timber wall linings and shelving to soften the corners. This is a house that has been reinvigorated with a warm new heart.
Our house has been transformed by the renovation, making our home a place we don’t want to leave.
